Oral Health is probably one of the basic considerations a person should have. That includes regular dental checkups and good oral hygiene.

Now it appears based on recent findings good oral habits may be of much greater benefit than fresh breath and maybe whiter and brighter teeth.

Base on a study released on February 5, 2025 by International Stroke Conference good dental hygiene can actually lower an individual’s risk of CVA or Stroke! This study says that regular flossing – yes dental floss – reduces your risk of stroke, says this study that begaun in 1987.
